Young Deer

I photographed this deer along with others at a wildlife park about two years ago.

It's nice the way its thick coat stops at the top of its legs.

I don't know much about deer coats when they are young - or old for that matter.

But the way it sits on the deer and just 'ends' rather than covering it further down its legs makes me think of it as though it is 'wearing' it.

It makes me think of an American Indian or a Norseman or someone wearing it.
